Sports Council Walking Football at Walton Park Indoor Football Centre Walton Park Indoor Football Centre [WPIFC] are looking to begin Walking Football sessions in March 2015, at Walton Park Sports Centre, Raglan Road, Sale . WPIFC is a not for profit charity, which represents 400+ indoor football players on a weekly basis, to provide facilities for indoor football at Walton Park . WPIFC hope to introduce a new initiative ideal for over 50s, but which is actually open to all age groups. The main difference from normal football - there is NO RUNNING! Only walking is allowed. This is a minimal contact sport and so it's a great way to keep fit and healthy (hopefully, without the aching limbs!).
