The Altrincham Anxiety self-help group offers a safe and calm space to talk freely about any difficulties
you are experiencing; providing support and guidance to help you manage your anxiety. The group is free and runs at the same time each week. No referral is necessary just turn up!

Urmston Depression Group
Tuesdays 1.30-3.30pm @ Urmston Library, Golden Way, Urmston M41 0NA

Many experience manifestations of allergic disease, yet a diagnosis of such problems can be devastating. If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with an allergy then YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Meet others in a similar situation, to share tips and experiences on living with allergy, in an informal setting.

Meetings take place on the FIRST MONDAY EVENING OF EVERY MONTH 7-8.30pm at St John’s Church, Irlam Road, Flixton/Urmston, Manchester M41 6AP. Admission free, but donations gratefully received. More information from Michelle on 0161 748 068, byrnemichelle@btinternet.com
