CHILDRENS' YOGA (Web)
Age 7-11 years. Mondays 6 – 6.45 pm at the Scout Hut,
Raglan Road (opposite Walton Park) Sale
Introducing yoga at this age has fantastic benefits for children. As well as the physical benefits of increasing their strength and flexibility, it also helps them to relax and slow their overactive minds down. It begins to give them an understanding and control over their emotions, as well as their bodies. Practising yoga in a non-competitive environment gives them self- confidence, and practising short meditations and visualisations improves their focus and concentration as well as encouraging their imagination.
