Every day from 2nd October to 30th November, tokens will be printed in the paper for the readers to cut out and give to their favourite charity on the list. There are around 200 organisations battling it out to receive their share of £25,000 so the more tokens we collect then the bigger share of the pot we can claim!
You can download a poster by clicking here from Facebook
(or here for pdf version

Raglan Road (opposite Walton Park) Sale
(term time only) – beginning 14th Jan 2013
Introducing yoga at this age has fantastic benefits for children.
As well as the physical benefits of increasing their strength and
flexibility, it also helps them to relax and slow their overactive
minds down. It begins to give them an understanding and control
over their emotions, as well as their bodies.
Practising yoga in a non-competitive environment gives them self-
confidence, and practising short meditations and visualisations
improves their focus and concentration as well as encouraging their imagination.
£3.50 per class payable per half term. First class free!!
